1.The facility should be able to accommodate movement of equipment, material and personnel into and out of the cleanroom. 

2. The cleanroom facility layout should support the process contained within the cleanroom. While a rectangular shape is easiest to accommodate, other shapes may be incorporated into the facility as long as appropriate attention is paid to airflow patterns. 

 3.The layout of the clean suite should facilitate maintaining cleanliness class, pressure differentials,temperature and humidity conditions by isolating critical spaces and by excluding non-clean operations.
