Clean room usually used in situation which the producing products need high requirements for air cleanness. According to different products, the cleanness is different for clean workshop. The cleanness for DSX cleanroom is divided into : 10, 100, 1000, 10000,100000 etc. The number smaller, the cleanness higher. The main purpose for clean workshop is controlling air cleanness, atmospheric humidity and temperature. This can make sure products manufacturing in good environment. According to international practice, the cleanness is classified based on the number of particles permitted per cubic meter of air at a specified particle size. This so-called dust free does not mean 100% dust free, but control in quite small quantity. Relatively this number of particles is very small than our common dust. However it would have great negative effects on optic construction. In this case, dust-free is necessary in producing these kinds of products.
